How to block dates on your calendar

Available oniOSAndroidWeb

Use Booking calendar to create a manual block for future dates on one listing. The server checks ownership, date limits, existing occupied dates, and overlapping blocks before saving.

  1. Open the host listing manager and select a listing.
  2. Select Booking calendar.
  3. Select the first available date. The selection surface asks you to Select an end date.
  4. Select the last date. The calendar shows the selected range and the number of nights.
  5. Select Block dates.

The block is saved only when the server accepts the range. A range must contain 1–1,096 nights, use future dates within the supported calendar window, and not overlap a booked, held, or existing blocked range. If the dates changed while you were selecting them, PTOspace shows an availability conflict and asks you to refresh.

  1. Select a Blocked range.
  2. Choose Edit dates to select a new range, then select Save dates.
  3. Choose Make available to reopen the blocked dates.
  4. Confirm by selecting Make available in the confirmation dialog.

PTOspace records a reopened manual block as released. Booked and held ranges are not manual blocks and do not expose these block-edit actions.
