Getting started as a host
If you are looking for how to list my property, use the host entry flow to verify your contact details and complete the information needed for review. A completed draft is not necessarily public until its subscription and publication state are confirmed.
Start hosting
Section titled “Start hosting”- Sign in or create your PTOspace account.
- Open the host entry flow and enter your first name, last name, email, phone number, and Country when requested.
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
- On the host transition screen, select Create my listing. If you already have a resumable draft, select Continue my listing.
The host transition screen describes three preparation areas: Tell us about your property, Add photos and set your price, and Set your availability. PTOspace can save a draft so you can return to it later.
Finish the listing draft
Section titled “Finish the listing draft”Complete the listing composer, including property details, amenities, pricing, stay settings, title and description, and photos. Required fields and the minimum photo count are checked before publication can proceed. See How to create a listing for the composer sections.
When the review step offers Continue to subscription, follow that flow for the listing. Checkout, subscription confirmation, and the Publish listing or activate listing state are separate; wait for the status shown by PTOspace before treating the listing as live.
