Setting a minimum stay

Set the minimum stay in the listing composer under Stay settings. It defines the shortest stay the listing accepts in nights.

Set a minimum stay

  1. Open the host listing manager and select the listing.
  2. Choose Edit listing.
  3. Open Stay settings.
  4. Under Minimum stay, choose one of the supported night counts or select Custom.
  5. If you choose Custom, enter a whole number of nights from the model’s minimum through 3,660.
  6. Select Save and continue, then save the listing from Review your listing.

The server supplies the supported choices. The current monthly policy uses 30 nights as its minimum and exposes 30, 60, 90, and Custom in the composer. Monthly policies with fewer than 30 nights are rejected by the backend. Nightly settings have a separate minimum/maximum-stay path and are not documented here as a generally released product.

PTOspace also checks the minimum stay when it validates a booking request. Do not infer how changing the value affects an existing request or stay.
