Subscription and billing

Available oniOSAndroidWeb

Each listing has its own annual subscription. For a US listing, the approved plan is $149 USD per year, per listing. PTOspace selects the plan on the server from the listing country: a configured country plan is used when available, and valid countries without a configured plan use the approved US default. Missing or invalid listing country data is rejected. A checkout request cannot choose a different price or product. Subscription billing is separate from traveler payments, listing fees, and host payouts.

  1. Complete the listing and open its review step.
  2. Select Continue to subscription when PTOspace presents it.
  3. Review the annual plan shown for that listing.
  4. Complete secure checkout.
  5. After successful subscription confirmation, PTOspace publishes the completed listing automatically. An incomplete or unsubscribed listing remains a private draft and can be resumed later.

Open the listing’s subscription management screen from Manage subscription. Each listing is managed independently. PTOspace can show Active, Canceled, Expired, Past due, or Inactive, along with the amount, start date, and renewal or expiration date. If a subscription expired, Resubscribe uses that existing listing; it does not create a second listing subscription.

Subscriptions auto-renew annually until canceled. Cancel subscription schedules cancellation at the end of the paid term; the listing remains live through that term. When entitlement ends, PTOspace unpublishes the listing but retains its data. Reactivate before the term ends keeps the subscription active. If a renewal payment fails, the listing remains live while the payment provider retries or recovers; it is unpublished when entitlement actually ends.

Editing a live listing updates the listing immediately. It does not rewrite the commercial terms of an existing booking, request, or quote. Host identity verification is not a prerequisite for publication; identity and payout setup are separate concerns.
