Traveler account and profile

Your PTOspace account and profile are separate from identity verification. Use the profile area to keep your traveler information current.

Edit your profile

Section titled “Edit your profile”
  1. Sign in to PTOspace.
  2. Open Profile and select Edit profile.
  3. Select a section to update it:
    • Legal name: edit First name and Last name. These fields are required by the edit form.
    • Date of birth: add Date of birth when PTOspace requests it. The edit screen does not offer an edit action after a date is already present.
    • Phone number or Email: change the contact value and enter the verification code sent to it.
    • Occupation: choose one value from the grouped occupation list. Selecting a value saves it immediately.
    • Languages: open the language selector to manage the languages on your profile.
    • Photo: select Add photo or Change photo in the profile header.
    • Privacy: review the contact-preference controls shown in the profile settings.
  4. Return to the profile page and confirm the updated value.

Profile information is separate from identity verification. Completing a profile, verifying an email or phone number, or using a social sign-in does not by itself make the account identity-verified.
