Photos and amenities

Use Listing photos and Amenities in the listing composer to show travelers the property and describe the features included with the stay.

Add and manage photos

Section titled “Add and manage photos”
  1. Open Listing photos in the composer.
  2. Select Add photos and choose the photos to upload. PTOspace processes and uploads selected images before adding them to the gallery.
  3. Keep at least five photos when preparing a listing for publication. The composer shows the current photo count and blocks publication until this minimum is met.
  4. Drag a photo to a new position to change the gallery order. The first photo is the Cover photo and is the first photo guests see.
  5. Use Replace to swap an uploaded photo, or open a photo’s menu and select Delete to remove it.
  6. Select Save and continue so the updated photo list is saved with the listing.

The editor allows up to 10 photos in the listing gallery. Upload errors are shown in the composer and the failed item is not kept as an uploaded photo.

Choose amenities

Section titled “Choose amenities”
  1. Open Amenities in the composer.
  2. Select the features that apply to the property. PTOspace supports multiple selections and requires at least one amenity before continuing.
  3. Select Save and continue to save the selected amenities.

Amenities and included features are also summarized on the review screen so you can check them before saving the listing.
