Editing a listing

Open an existing listing from the host listing manager to update its saved composer sections.

Open the editor

Section titled “Open the editor”
  1. Open the host listing manager.
  2. Select the listing you want to change.
  3. Choose Edit from the listing actions.
  4. Select the section you want to review. PTOspace can open the composer at a specific section when a listing needs attention.

The editor uses the same sections as listing creation: Property, Your space, Rental setup, Pricing, Stay settings, House rules, Presentation, and Listing photos.

Save changes

Section titled “Save changes”
  1. Update the fields you need to change.
  2. Select Save and continue to save a section and move forward.
  3. Select Save changes from the review screen when you are finished.

Use Save and exit if you want to save the current section and return to the listing manager. Required fields and server-side listing rules are checked before a change is saved. If another session changed the listing first, PTOspace asks you to Reload saved settings before continuing.

Changes to a live listing take effect immediately. Existing requests, quotes, and confirmed bookings keep the commercial terms they already accepted.
