How to create a listing

Available oniOSAndroidWeb

Create a listing from the host listing manager. PTOspace saves each completed composer section so you can leave the flow and return to the draft.

  1. Open the host listing manager.
  2. Select List your space when you have no listings, or Add a listing when you already have one.
  3. Complete the composer sections in order. Select Save and continue after each section.

If you close the composer before finishing, choose Save and exit to keep your current changes, or Leave for now to leave without saving the current section. A draft can be reopened from the listing manager.

The composer asks for these sections:

  1. Property — confirm the property location, property type, and property category.
  2. Your space — choose amenities and enter space details such as bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, maximum guests, and included features when those fields are shown.
  3. Rental setup — choose how travelers will rent the property.
  4. Pricing — enter the rate and applicable pricing details.
  5. Stay settings — choose the minimum stay, availability, and maximum stay when applicable.
  6. House rules — set arrival, departure, guest-conduct, and pet settings.
  7. Presentation — enter the listing title and description.
  8. Listing photos — upload photos and choose the cover photo.

Required fields are checked before PTOspace advances. The composer requires a location, property type, category, at least one amenity, pricing, title and description, and at least five photos before publication can proceed.

  1. Review your listing when the composer opens Review your listing.
  2. Select Save listing for a new incomplete listing, or Save changes when editing an existing listing.
  3. If the listing is ready for the next step, follow the button shown by PTOspace. Monthly listings may show Continue to subscription; eligible listings may show Publish listing.

PTOspace does not make every listing public immediately after the composer is complete. The listing must reach the publication state supported by its rental model and account state. A monthly listing may require an active host subscription before it can be published.
