Messaging travelers

Open a booking conversation

Section titled “Open a booking conversation”
  1. Open Reservations and select a request or reservation.
  2. In the traveler section, select Message traveler when it is available.
  3. Read the booking context, then type your message in the conversation.
  4. Send the message and continue the conversation in PTOspace.
