Pricing your property

Set pricing in the listing composer under Pricing. The available controls depend on the listing’s rental model.

Set or change a rate

Section titled “Set or change a rate”
  1. Open the host listing manager and select the listing.
  2. Choose Edit listing.
  3. Open Pricing in the composer.
  4. Enter a positive amount in Monthly rent for a monthly stay. If PTOspace presents a different model-specific control for the listing, follow the fields shown by the composer.
  5. Select Save and continue, then select Save changes from Review your listing.

PTOspace stores monetary values in the listing currency shown by the composer. The current implementation uses USD for the legacy price editor; the policy composer displays the currency supplied by the server. Enter a valid amount with no more than two decimal places.
