Booking a property

To book a property, open its booking action only after reviewing its dates, guests, host information, and stay terms.

Start the booking flow

Open an eligible property and select its booking action. The current shared interface uses Request to book for a request flow and Reserve for an instant flow.
Sign in when PTOspace asks you to continue.
Select your dates in the booking calendar and review the available dates.
Enter the number of guests and any other requested stay details.
Review the price information returned for the selected dates before continuing.
If the flow is a request, review the host message and stay details, then select Request to book when that action is enabled.

Request to book sends a request for Host review; it does not hold the dates. If the Host approves, the dates are temporarily held while payment is completed. Reserve is Instant Book for eligible listings and does not wait for Host approval. In either flow, the booking is confirmed only after successful authoritative payment. Identity verification is required before either booking action, and the server decides whether the listing supports Request or Reserve.

The booking calendar can be unavailable for a property or release. A submitted request is not automatically a confirmed stay.
